Flash Tutorial : Make Text Be On

How to make the text in order to be seen is (Flickering) ?
Here I will try make with the Macromedia Flash.
- Open the Macromedia Flash Program.
- Choose File, New (Ctrl+N) and click OK.
- Choose Modify, Document (Ctrl+J), change the size to 400px * 200px and click OK.
 - Choose Text Tool (T), click on the stage and start typing for example : http://endysta.blogspot.com."
 - Change the font, size and color of the text if necessary.
 - Select the text and press the switch F8, the substitute for the Symbol Name and choose Move Clip and click OK.
 - Right click on Frame 40 and choose Insert Keyframe.
 - Right click on any frame bettwen Frame 1 and Frame 40 and choose Create Motion Tween.
 - Select Frame 40 then select the Text .
 - Choose Filter Tab, click on Plus button to Add a filter, choose glow , than mack blur X and Y option about 19.
- Right click on Frame 1 and choose Copy Frame.
- Right click on Frame 80 and choose Paste Frame.
- Right click any frame between Frame 40 and Frame 80 than choose create Motion Tween.
- Make the frame rate from Propriety panel 40.
- Export results to the Movie Format.
Such was my methode makes this, it is hoped can be useful for you all.
